Cancellation Policy

T & C’s: Updated FEBRUARY 2023 1. Your payment secures your cooking session. If you have not paid you are not booked in to have a cook-up. 2. If you live further than 20 minutes from Peregian Beach you will have a travel fee of $10 for 20 minutes, $15 for 25 minutes, and $25 for 30 minutes. 3. For any cancellations with less than 72 hours' notice, (Mondays - Fridays - excludes weekends) you will be required to pay 50% of the total cost. The other 50% can go towards your next cook-up. If no further cook-ups are required the full amount is non-refundable. 4. If you require a change of day you are required to give our team a minimum of 72 hours' notice, if your day cannot be changed due to our availability then you must make adjustments so we can come on your agreed day. 5. If you no longer need our team, please give us four weeks' notice (which applies to those who are on packages). You will be granted an 80% refund of any outstanding balance. If you do not give us four week's notice you will be required to pay for up to four weeks in full and receive the additional 80% refund outside of these four weeks. 6. Please choose a smaller package if you cannot use it weekly or fortnightly ongoing as there is no holiday pause permitted. 7. All purchases are non-refundable, only partially (see point 5). 8. All meal plans will be sent on Monday or Tuesday. Please choose your meals and notify your chef before their arrival. 9. We are contactable on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday between 8 am and 3 pm. Out of these hours, you may not hear from us. 10. Please make sure you have working hot plates, knives, ovens, pots, and pans.
