​Note: My individual goal is to truly nourish starting with the internal bodies light. And therefore, I am a big advocate for clean foods that include NO nasties, while flavour bombing all foods to give participants of your retreat a mouth exploding experience of heaven. I cook using what's local, in season and what is needed to aid the succession of your retreats goals.
